IMPAPER

IMPAPER is a Calgary-based stationery company that specializes in greeting cards and paper goods. Since their creation in 2014, they are now sold in over 250 locations across North America. The IMPAPER team consists of about 8 people, however I have been their only in-house graphic designer since 2021. As their only in-house designer my roles at this company are quite extensive.
Over the past 3 years, I have developed over 100 greeting cards and stationery products for IMPAPER. My responsibilities include research, illustrating, formatting, sending files to printers, creating the packaging, and making the product listing photos. Since my time here, I have introduced vinyl stickers, wall calendars and notepads to our product lines.

At my time at IMPAPER, the brands visual identity has strengthened with the use of a cohesive typeface and unified messaging. My business to consumer messaging resonsibilities include creating Mailchimp emails, social media (Tiktok and Instagram) and directly meeting consumers when the company does market events.
Since being at IMPAPER, the company has seen major growth in sales. Over hundreds of my designed greeting cards sell every year, and the vinyl stickers I brought into the company's product line last year has been doing so well that we have expanded that product line 3 times in the past year to keep up with consumer demand.
