The dead reeds
Commission album design
The Dead Reeds contacted me early 2022 to create their first album cover. They were heavily inspired by the bands The Lumineers and other indie folk bands. Their audience was a bit older and they wanted a folk yet vintage country feel to their album.

single covers
Several versions of the album cover were also created as the covers for their singles leading up to the albums release. These were used for Spotify and Apple Music. Prior to releasing the singles, I was able to hear the tracks and from there decided on the best colour and font pairing for that particular single. This project taught me the necessary file formats and sizing required for commercial streaming services.
